Since Marvel is part of Disney, Thor is a Disney prince XD I couldn't resist. (I also watched Enchanted the other day so.. >>)
In my headcanon for this pairing, Thor is amazed and impressed by Tony's bravery and for his defeat of the rest of the Chitauri army. This makes him a prime candidate for Asgardian courtship.
